I wasn't a bad experience. The food quality was great, service was ok. I must have gone on an off night for them because when I got my food it was served warm to lukewarm. If I'm in the area I would probably stop again to give them a second try.

The bread alone is worth 5 stars. It is quite honestly the best sandwich "roll" I have ever had. Soft, full of flavor, chewy and airy. It's incredible. The sandwiches I have had are the Pulled Pork and Cattleman's Steak & Cheese. The pulled pork is really well executed. It's mostly dry rubbed pulled pork with their signature kettle kreme sauce, coleslaw and whatever you want to pile on. The steak and cheese is freshly grilled with whatever cheese you wish as well as toppings. I have had the pulled pork 5 times and the steak and cheese 2 times. They are always made ( hand crafted, really, you should watch them assemble these) perfectly every time I get them. Same flavor, perfect bite, every time. I love this place. One of my favorites. I visit often. Definitely try them!

Stopped here on my way home from Bradley Airport for some dinner. This place was pretty shockingly awesome. I loved the convenience of it and the staff was really nice. The prices were also good. But of course most importantly the food was really fantastic. They have traditional sandwiches for the most part but other deli goods and homemade soups. I just got the Roast beef sandwich on some sesame bread and MAN that bread is good. It's like biting into a delicious cloud. Would recommend stopping!

Okay I got to say probably the best steak and cheese sandwich I ever had. It was on a asiago roll and probably weighed 2 lb. It was awesome. If you like steak and cheese don't drive by it. I promise you you will not regret it you might need a nap after eating one of those puppies. I got the one called the- cattlemen.

Aye t̾e̾r̾p̾y̾fam I gots to drop a review be-cuz this steak n cheese sammich they have .... Lawd have mercy, lets talk about it! This sandwich is a straight banger! Theres high quality well seasoned thin cut steak, hefty amounts of american cheesy goodnes, pepps & onions and a sauce that ties it all in nestled gently in the softest most A-1 everything topped kaiser roll the size of a small boulder! Its a lil salty but it effin hits on all levels. I will be back to try other items and their other location this sandwich was that good!

Bread is on point. pointy AF. sharp, pointy amazing bread and luxuriously dope sandwich combos. I need to keep exploring the menu but the steak and cheese sandwich was unreal. Also got to try the pastrami and the roast beef, both of which were great but the steak and cheese stood out with well seasoned beef, zesty sauce and fragrant peppers.

I stopped here for a quick bite not realizing I was about to have the best sandwich experience of my life. My friend and I split the steak and cheese and the Italian job and they were both absolutely phenomenal, although we agreed the Italian was superior. Seriously, the bread, the cheese heated up on the amazing buns and whatever is in their "sandwich sauce" was absolutely delicious. I also had an oatmeal raisin cookie which I'm not usually a big fan of and it was fantastic. The staff was also great. Very friendly and attentive and listening to their banter while we ate was very fun. We were the only customers there at the time so we chatted with them about their favorite sandwiches for a bit. 10/10 I can't wait to go back and try their other sandwiches.

First time experience. Sandwiches are very tasty. The Italian job is delicious and loaded. Get extra napkins for this one as it is extremely saucy. I didn't try it but the Ahi Tuna sandwich looked and smelled amazing! The bread is soft and there was 4 options available today (not sure if it's an everyday thing). Speaking of everyday things...the reason behind the 4 stars is the attitude of the older lady in chef gear running the register. I was looking at the website in the parking lot before they opened at 11am and they had a pulled pork sandwich. Unbeknownst to me it was their special last week. Im human and make mistakes and again it was my first time. Her response made me feel embarrassed and ashamed for asking for a sandwich. I was the second guest in this morning so maybe she was cranky but like I said mistakes happen and I would like to give this establishment another shot because while the interaction was less then desirable, the food was delicious. It took between 15 to 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Im sure this wait would have been longer had I not been waiting in the parking lot to order. People were literally waiting in their cars before they opened. The sandwiches come with chips and a pickle. If you're looking for a dill pickle this is not your pickle. It tasts like a cucumber with a splash of vinegar. Its different but not terrible.
